37? really? I was kind of certain that some one would have done me in by now.  So as you can tell, I'm not so good on the writing every day thing.  I am trying, and sucking.  Sooner or later I will not fail.

37 years ago I got dumped on this mud ball.  I am still trying to figure out why I am still here.  I suppose every generation of people had something they could look at and say this is the end of the world.  I am sure people found comfort of some description in such hyperbole.  In that way I suppose I am no different.  2012 the next great hope for the end of the world.  I would be worried about it if I did not think some Mayan looked at the calendar and said "fuck that is a long way off, this seems like a good place to stop."  I would look at December 21 2012 as the Earth's birthday.  It will look in the mirror, complain about how its getting fault lines, and just go on being a planet.  Just the same as any birthday.

Does any one else get the impression that we are born then spin our wheels for 70+ years (if we are lucky) and then die?  No? Huh, maybe its just me.
